Joseph Moore of Salt Lake City, UT. was sentenced to two terms of five years up to life in prison for sex trafficking Bailey Orr, who was 16 years old at the time and exploiting his own adult daughter for prostitution.
Orr is now 18 and agreed to share her story in hopes of helping other potential victims.

He helped them set up advertising online, transported them along the Wasatch Front for commercial sex appointments, and collected up to half of the profit made from the commercial sex scheme.


Former Utah vice squad lieutenant arrested in prostitution sting

A former police vice squad lieutenant was arrested Tuesday following a prostitution sting after investigators say he offered to “manage” women.
